Optimax, the eye surgery specialists

Optimax had very few options to upgrade our telephone systems as they were old and digital and our office layout does not allow for structured cabling unfortunately. We had been presented with options for hosted that we now know were not viable. ICA has given the group a solution that provides contact center to head office and connectivity to all regional locations. We have a disaster plan that we didn’t have before and the costs savings have been significant.

Pam and her team have managed the project well and each stage of the project has been well documented with clear responsibilities for those involved.

We have developed a great partnership with ICA and their dedication to this project has been evident at each stage. We encountered a risk with the temperature within the comms room for the new server and without budget had no resolution. ICA went above and beyond and supplied a portable aircon unit to regulate the temperature at no cost to Optimax.
