In an industry where all companies are trying to sell the same thing. It's always hard to determine who's the best telephony provider, this is where the Comms National Awards comes in. These awards are judged by some of the leading experts in the telecoms industry. Thousands of nominations are sent in from across the country to determine which companies stand out amongst the rest. In recent years ICA have picked up awards at every event we have been to, including Best 'Customer Service Award' , Best Contact Centre Solution & 'Best SME reseller'. This year we were there to defend our title of 'Best Customer Service Provider'.
Hosted this year by Stephen Mangan with a sellout event, the Comms National Awards 2018 were set to be huge.
After a lovely three course meal and a few drinks to get the night started, it was a long wait for the finalist categories. We witnessed some big players in the industry win whilst awaiting the 'Customer Service Category 'being announced towards the end. The finalists were impressive, the competition steep as this award of all awards, the one that says, above all, service is the most important delivery of all. The decision was in and for another year running ICA were awarded the 'Best Customer Service Award' 2018. Meaning we are the leading company for customer service in the industry once again. To be recognised in the industry for exceptional customer service is testament to the hard working dedicated team at ICA and of course we couldn’t achieve this without the ongoing support and commitment from an amazing client base.
We would like to thank all of our valued customers and staff who help to ensure that we maintain this level of service. We hope to bring home more awards next year to add to the collection.
