On October 12th 2017 the team at ICA headed to London to attend the most prestigious awards in our industry, the Comms National Awards for the second year running.
In 2016 we were awarded Best Customer Service and the Hidden Hero Award, won by our MD Pam Blanchard for her charity work and inspirational leadership.
The CNA recognise quality across the industry with regard to who receives the awards in both reseller and vendor categories.
As the ICT Channel comes together to recognise excellence and innovation the competition is unprecedented with the quality of entries the best yet.
ICA are delighted and proud to have been recognised and awarded for a second year running. picking up the Best SME contact centre solution award and the Best SME Reseller award.
This award recognises integrated reseller solutions that have increased customer productivity, improved efficiencies and reduced costs in SME contact centre environments.
Highly commended in this category last year we were determined to do one better this year, the hard work and determination of the team thankfully paid off and we were awarded the Best SME contact centre solution.
The Reseller of the year award is a special recognition award based on entries received in the reseller categories, this award goes to the reseller that has delivered the best solution or solutions to multiple end user customers. All companies who attend the Awards have a chance of winning this award.
Amongst all the competitors who seemed likely to pick up this Special Award, it was a great honour for the company to then be announced as the winner for this award. Meaning once again we had picked up two awards at the Comms National Awards.
ICA were also Highly Commended for Customer Service.
