ICA is further expanding the team and are looking for an Avaya Field Engineer to join us
This role offers some flexibility for home working but would like the candidate to be located within a 30-mile radius to the offices in Stockport to be supported by the inhouse team.
The main role is to assist with the design, implementation and support to new and existing clients, of the Avaya Portfolio.
Minimum 5 Years Industry Experience.
A positive attitude
Ability to work independently
High Standard of Customer Service
Good Communication Skills.
Avaya IP Office 500.
Server Edition Accreditation and experience is essential.
On Premise, Cloud and Hybrid Solution deployment.
Knowledge of SBC.
Knowledge of Contact Centre Applications
Attractive Salary and package dependent upon experience.
Key Responsibilities are:
Design, Implement, support and service Avaya IP-Office 500 and Server Edition delivering both cloud and on-premise, SBC, Contact Centre Applications and 3rdparty solution partners.
Provide Remote Access and on-site support to service a UK Client base, update the company CRM and regularly update tickets and report to the Ops Manager.
The candidate is also required to assist with pre-sales and design with the projects team, where necessary.
This role may require out of hours work completion on site and at ICA’s offices.
