ICA provides independent communications advice to small, medium and large businesses. From consultancy and telephone system maintenance to fully converged voice and data solutions, we pride ourselves on expert advice, quality service and continuous support.

ICA was founded in 1995 and since then we have grown to become one of Alcatel-Lucents leading partners in the UK. This status has been achieved through continuous learning and development and we now count some of the UK’s leading businesses as valued customers. We have become experts in our field and we are recognized by other Alcatel-Lucent partners for our technical skills and expertise in implementing multi-site projects and complex solutions. We are also emerging as one of the stronger Mitel and Avaya partners, truly allowing us to be independent in the advice we give to clients.

ICA have invested heavily in a bespoke call billing platform to truly complete our portfolio of services. As our customers change the way they communicate, so have we. Hand in hand with our design team we can independently assess the most effective communication stream for your business including provision of lines, broadband, non geographic numbers, call recording and mobiles. Whilst saving you and your company money. ICA can offer some very competitive call rates and service contracts for your communications needs. We consider ourselves a cut above the rest because of our expertise within the telecoms industry, understanding how the technology is provided and what constraints may lead to a delay in deployment of services enables our team to prevent any problems before they arise. Multi vendor collaboration can often delay service issues and progress reports.

Our People

We are only as good as the people we employ and we take great pride in our ability to retain staff. We engage each team member in an ongoing personal development program to keep their technical and personal skills right at the highest level.

Our technical staff works closely with Alcatel-Lucent, Mitel, Avaya and their partners to evaluate and test new solutions. This is a learning experience for engineers and consultants to ensure they fully understand and have confidence in the new solutions they deliver to clients.
