Customer and Network Service Role
ICA is a leading Telecommunications Company based in Stockport. Established in 1995 we are a well-respected and successful company within our B2B sector. We are currently expanding our Network Service Department therefore we have a fantastic opportunity for an apprentice to join our expanding Network’s team.
This is a mixed and varied office based role which reports into the Network Services Manager. The successful individual will answer inbound calls and transfer to the correct person or department, along with assisting with customer service enquiries by updating customers with orders and fault progress.
Additionally, we would like to develop the role further over time offering full training of telecoms product knowledge such as WLR, broadband, PBX, tariffs, billing, fixed line etc.
You will have strong communication skills, work independently and on your own initiative, be computer literate, organised with attention to detail.

To answer inbound calls, record the enquiries and pass to the relevant dept or complete the call until a resolution is found.
