Framework

PRINCE 2  - Each of our projects are managed using the Prince 2 methodology delivered by our in house practitioners. Prince2 is recognised as a world-class international product and is the standard method for project management.

Prince2 provides a mechanism to harness the skills and services of external suppliers working alongside in-house resources to enhance delivery of projects.

ICA first adopted Quality Management Standards internally with ISO 9000 in 2004, a quality management procedure necessary for any organization to become world class. As part of our commitment to the standards we carried out a customer satisfaction survey receiving a Gold Benchmark with our customers and continue to achieve this standard year on year.
